- Dr.Khin Sandar Win
With over a decade of dedicated teaching experience and a foundational career as a Nuclear Scientist for the Ministry of Science and Technology, I bring a unique blend of industry precision and academic rigor to the classroom. My journey spans from lecturing at Yangon Technological University to shaping young minds at premier institutions like BrainWorks Integrated School (Myanmar), Siem Reap International School(Cambodia, Siem Reap), and The British International School of Phnom Penh (Cambodia, Phnom Penh). Currently, I specialize in delivering high-stakes curricula—including Secondary Science, IGCSE(Biology, Chemistry, Physics)(CIE/Edexcel), and A-Level (CIE/Edexcel) Physics and Chemistry. I am a firm believer that effective pedagogy must be as dynamic as science itself; I fluidly adapt my style from authoritative lecturing to student-centered coaching and collaborative hybrid models to ensure every student masters the complexities of the physical sciences.
- Ethan Aung
I’m Ethan Aung, CEO of Simplexity and an SAT English instructor. My work focuses on rethinking how students learn—not just helping them pass exams, but helping them build the skills and thinking habits that actually lead to long-term success. At Simplexity, I oversee a growing platform that provides free courses in SAT, IELTS, GED, and academic English to students across Myanmar. The platform itself was originally shaped by the vision and leadership of Syar Aung Khant Paing, Simplexity’s Founder and former CEO. His early work laid the foundation for what Simplexity is today: a student-centered learning space built around structured course content, collaborative learning through Discord communities, and a culture that encourages students to take ownership of their growth. After the leadership transition, I stepped into the role of continuing and strengthening that foundation. My focus has been on expanding the reach of the platform, refining the learning systems already in place, and ensuring that Simplexity continues to deliver high-quality education that remains accessible to students across Myanmar and beyond. Alongside leading the organization, I also teach. I work directly with students preparing for the SAT (EBRW), IELTS, and IGCSE under the Edexcel curriculum. In my classes, I emphasize clarity, logical thinking, and practical exam strategies rather than rote memorization. What interests me most is building long-term academic systems—clear study routines, structured practice methods, and performance frameworks that help students move from confusion to real understanding. My goal is to simplify complex material, strengthen students’ reasoning skills, and give them practical tools they can rely on throughout their academic journey. At the heart of everything I do is a simple goal: expanding access to meaningful education and helping students develop knowledge that lasts far beyond any single exam.

The most rewarding thing about teaching? It's not the score report. It's watching a student's perspective on the language shift bit by bit. That process never fails to fascinate me since my first day of tutoring my peers. SAT English is not all about memorizing strategies. It's a race against the clock. You have to navigate through tricky, treacherous questions while learning to grasp the beauty of the language and interpreting it from different perspectives. In short, YOU HAVE TO FALL IN LOVE WITH THE LANGUAGE. So, jump on board and let me be the navigator of your voyage! Don't miss your chance to be a part of the "Ten Ten Pirates." We will sail past the GRAND LINE of "EBRW" and finally get our hands on the ONE PIECE!

I understand education as a deeply political practice. It is never neutral. It has the power to reproduce existing structures of inequality, or to challenge and transform them. My teaching is grounded in the belief that education, when approached critically, is one of the few forces capable of meaningfully changing the world. I do not see students as passive recipients of knowledge. Instead, I view the classroom as a space where learners collectively examine systems of power, culture, and identity including their lived realities. My responsibility as an educator is to facilitate inquiry that encourages students to question what is presented to them as “normal,” “natural,” or “inevitable.
- Nay Myo Sat
I graduated with a GED in December 2023, and since then, I’ve been teaching both one-on-one and group classes through different education pages such as Genius Edu, Social Studies by Thuta, as well as through freelance tutoring. Besides that, I founded RLA by Sayar Nay as an independent work. So far, I’ve taught 70+ one-on-one sessions and 8 group classes in subjects like RLA, Math, and Social Studies. One interesting thing about me as a teacher is that I really really enjoy teaching the subjects I once struggled with the most during my GED journey. RLA is my main subject, even though it was my lowest GED score (168). As I’ve been through the same mistakes and confusion myself, I understand exactly where students get stuck and how to explain things in a clearer, more relatable way. Even though I did well in Science (with 175 marks), I choose not to teach it — not because I don’t understand it, but because I believe good teaching means being able to explain concepts clearly, not just knowing the answers. I focus on the subjects where I can truly help students feel confident and improve. I believe learning doesn’t have to be intimidating, and my goal is always to help students understand why something works, not just memorize it.

I teach GED Social Studies in a way that feels less like studying and more like finally getting it. No pressure, no confusing words—just real understanding, step by step. I help students strengthen their analytical thinking instead of depending on memorization. And, I’m here to walk with you and guide you throughout your GED journey.

I started out as a peer tutor and eventually found my footing in teaching English. Even at my current C2 level, I’m still discovering new ways the language is used every day. Teaching gives me more energy than a cup of coffee! Combine that with teaching my absolute FAVOURITE subject? Heaven sent. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to teach many students, and now I’m excited to meet even more through Ten Ten!
